Starting Aug 1, 2006. Dogs that are off leash and under voice/sight control must be wearing a tag stating that the owner has registered them in Boulder Countys new Voice/sight control program. It consist of the owner watching a video and doing some paper work. Each person may have only two dogs max off leash.
