A few years ago, my family and I did the beautiful hike from Many Glacier Lodge on Swiftcurrent Lake in Glacier National Park to the Grinnell Glacier.It is 5.5 miles from the Lodge to the Glacier with an elevation gain of 1,600 feet. The distance can be cut in half by taking the boats across both Swiftcurrent and josephine Lakes to the point where the trail begins its climb up to the Glacier.
