Guided hordes

We were not lucky to enjoy loneliness on Grossglockner SW-ridge - hordes of guided climbers (about 50) were below and above. To many people- to dangerous. Mind the clouds - it is going to rain. Lower part of Stuedlgrat, 15-08-2007.

I think...

I think there were a lot of guided people when we went too. But we started hiking from the car, so we were way behind everyone else, and so they all cleared off and we had loneliness. Really fun climb!

we taught about starting fom car but it was to risky because of weather. we had a late start because we slept to long in tent near Stuedlhutte :) and then try to overspeed everyone on the ridge because of incoming clouds. closer to the top clouds were heavier so we were not able to see other parties :)
indeed, great climb!
