In principle a good page. But some more detailed information would be welcome, for instance: From which larger city with intrnational airport should I start from when I want to go to this mountain?

O.K. page, I like people adding mountains in the lesser known mountain areas in the world.



Maybe you can add a bit more info about the region the mountain is in? If you have some information on the history of the mountain would be nice too.



Oh yeah, you should propbably state more explicitly that this is a volcano.

Yes...Mount Sibayak is a volcanic mountain and still active!!!

This mountain is located near town Brastagi.Its easy to reach this place because we can easily get the public transport to sent me to this Karo region

thanks Opet!!! actually I did ask my Medan friends to give me more information about Mount Sibayak but its difficult to get more information since this mountain is not recorded and not much can be seen in english website

i see.....and i think a lot of mountain in indonesia can't found in internet pages. May from summitpost i can give at least more information about all mountain in indonesia...as long as i know................

because i do not see any mountain from kalimantan or sulawesi or even all mountain in sumatera or java..

I feel delighted if you can add up for me more information about Indonesian mountains in this website.....



Soon I will be adding some information about Malaysian mountains too which I have climb in my early involvement in mountaineering
