This attractive little stone hut located in B.C's central Purcell Mountains is an ideal base for climbing peaks of the Starbird Ridge complex and for ski traverses of the Catamount and North Star Glaciers. Both the peaks seen here: Mount Galloway left; Mt. Harmon right, are climbable in a day from the hut.
