Henri Vallot walk

The Henri Vallot walk, from the plan d'Aiguille cable car station to the Montenvers train station in its autumn dress. My first little attempt at HDR photography, shot straight against the sun. Part of the Mont Blanc is visible in the distance, with Aiguille du Gouter and Dome du Gouter on the right, and the dark sharp shapes of the Aiguilles de Chamonix partly shrouded in clouds.

I think

Mont Blanc is not visible here, we got Aig du Gouter and Dome du Gouter.
BTW. Great autumn colours on your photos, You are so lucky for this conditions.

Yes you are right, the summit is hidden, I'll adjust the caption. Indeed, I could not have wished for better weather during my stay in the valley.
