Hidden Valley Dome 7017
Jogged up with my dog. Hiked up into the valley then took a left and bushwacked up. There was not that much vegatation. I used to sleep up in Hidden Valley when I was a kid with my freinds.

Nice hike
My first hike of 2014! Beautiful day and nice packed trail. We did fine without snowshoes on the bushwhack to the top, but it hadn't snowed for awhile.

Hidden Valley, not dome
Hiked up to where the trail ended . . . There were a couple of cairns, and we had a great view of Allen Peak. The trail was mostly packed snow, but not too much ice. A great day!

15th Time up the dome
15th time climbing the dome..no snow, really pretty day. A definite do!

Hidden Valley Dome
I made it to this summit out of curiosity. The limestone cliffs on its west face have a few routes and the rock is sharp. I also found a cave in the area which I think may have been a mountain lion den.
