The Whole Family! The only hike during 5 days in the Mojave Preserve that included wife, daughter, dogs, and myself all together. A fun and senic hike with some rings to scramble up.

Mid Hills to Hole in the WallI hiked Mid Hills to Hole in the Wall once and have explored the Hole in the Wall Canyon area at least 3 or 4 times over the last dozen years or so. Fun area.

Hole in the Wall to Mid HillsHiked from Hole in the Wall to Mid Hills. Very pretty 1st half. The second half was pretty monotonous though. It was Tarantula mating season so we spent the evening drive back to Vegas stopping and playing with numerous T's as they crossed the road.

Re: Hole in the Wall to Mid HillsYes, it is good to do it going from Mid Hills to Hole in the wall, because that way you have the excitement on the end!
