After Helm and Hornischegg.
Gangolf Haub - Nov 8, 2009 11:04 am Date Climbed: Sep 6, 2009
Climbed twice
First day of the 2009 vacation: we took the cable-car to Helmhaus, then climbed Helm, Füllhorn, Hornischegg, Hollbrucker Spitze, Hollbrucker Egg, Demut and Schöntalhöhe. On the way back climbed across Demut, Hollbrucker Spitze and Jochgruben. Wonderful day!
Route Climbed: Northern Approach across Zenser Spitze Date Climbed: Sept 20th
It should have been a beautiful day - and from the outset it was. But when we closed in on our destination - Hollbrucker Spitze - clouds started ascending out of the valleys to the south. Only imperfect views of the Sexten Dolomites and later we had to quit hiking the "Karnischer Höhenweg" trekking trail because of the weather.
