Yeah, those rocks are loose!
You're not kidding about the rocks on the rockpile being loose. Slippery, too. While almost busting my leg on the way back down, I yelled at the pile, "No! I like my *women* loose and unstable, but THIS is not cool!"
Finally a sunny day in the Portland area, and it was perfect for this hike. Sunny, but cool with a stiff breeze all day. This one is a sweat inducer for sure.
