Ding Dong, Merrily On High

"Ding dong! merrily on high,
In heav'n the bells are ringing:

Ding dong! verily the sky ..
Is riv'n with angel SINGING ..."

I'd like to take this opportunity to wish EVERYONE a safe and heartfelt
Holiday Season. (Includes everybody, even those who thought I was serious
when I was just seriously joking and putting a play upon words.)

In fact, right now I'm playing with my Yule log, but I'd rather NOT go
there now ... tryin' to get the darn thing to light.

Just remember ... you can take the climber out of the mountains, but
you CANNOT take the mountains out of the climber. Why would you want to ?

It was a year ago...

when we were writing poems back and forth about each other. I think the participants were you, me, Paulo, ZeeJay, and few others. Sorry, I'm all out of poetry, but I would like to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year Larry.

All the best,

Re: It was a year ago...

You have a very good memory, Marc!

This is my fifth year on Summitpost, and I
can't help but wonder what happened to all
those who disappeared from this site in those
five years ..

Did they all make it home okay ???

My point is, there's no place like being
home for the Holidays. Merry Christmas and
a great new year to you too, and don't drink
too much eggnog. - Larry

Re: Merry Christmas Larry.

Grazie, Roberto.

I'm sure there's a reason for the season,
and for the new year I plan to count all my
blessings, instead of sheep.

Counting sheep is okay, but I always was
LESS of a Shepard and MORE of a dreamer.

Best wishes to you and your family - Larry

Re: Hi Larry!

Thanks, Sylva - Merry Christmas, and getting
into the outdoors is my middle name.

It also keeps me away from kitchen table!

Best Wishes to You - Larry ~

A belated...

...Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you too, Larry! Wishing you all the best and many more glorious moments and wonderful pictures coming out of these moments that we can all share, and keep up that lovely spirit and sense of humor of yours that I always enjoy! :-)

Re: A belated...

That's a promise! I do, however, plan to spend
less time on the computer this year, according
to my wife's request regarding the possibility
that I "might" be neglecting her.
