Igneous extrusive formations

(taking a line from chskier), these were seen looking southwest along the ridgeline from Andesite Peak to Castle Peak. squishy says the rock is a lot like that of Thunder Mountain.

i agree. i went back a few days ago, and though the summit block of the East Turret was solid, while free-soloing the middle turret i pulled out a block as big as a toaster oven about 25 feet up. luckily nobody was spotting me!
