Re: Bolting!Klenke, did you mean that in sense there is too much iron? I'm not sure because bolt has few meanings. But in Mudna Dolina canyon I was pleasantly surprised that only toughest spots are secured, those which would be impassable for hikers. In the rest of the canyon, and you spent 2h in it, there is so much scrambling and unsecured spots which makes it really attractive and great fun. Cheers!

Re: Bolting!It was a facetious comment based on the controversy that has stewed over here in U.S. climbing communities for a couple of years now: the over-bolting of trad routes. The controversy is toward ordinary bolts (the type you clip in to with quick draws), so seeing iron ladders "bolted" into the rock like this picture would be indicative of the bolt-happy climbers out here who take the act too far. That is, it would be the extreme case for their cause (not that I would ever expect them to go so far). In the case of Obruc, the ladder is perfectly acceptable.
