Iron Mine Mountain.

Iron Mine Mountain.

After procrastinating this one for a couple years, it's done now. Parked my truck down at the Soapstone Basin turnoff at the Mirror Lake highway, and biked up the switchbacks to Lambert Hollow. From that point I biked up the 4WD road in Lambert Hollow to the summit. Was able to ride about 85% of the road sans a portage over deadfall here and there. Lots of loose rock and branches everywhere, but very rideable. Fun. Roughly 3,000 feet of elevation gain, and about 14 miles round trip. I'm pretty damn sure I'll be skiing this one come winter. This photo is looking north from the summit, June 28, 2012. Video:
