Jim Mathews, Miguel Carmona and I climbed this ten pitch buttress in July 1996. We just finished "the Land of Little Rain" couple weeks prior and hiked up the canyon of the South Face to bring some stashed gear down. Jim pointed to this buttress on the other side of the canyon so we climbed it. Good alpine route.
