Sounds like the way quite a few of my El Paso summits turned out, Patrick. Cameron Cone is a tough one regardless of which way you go, but it sounds like up Dark Canyon through Ruxton Park is the easiest way. The problem is you're tresspassing on city property. Nice job on another El Paso county summit.
I'm glad it's not just me! And yeah, I wondered about the property ownership on the north side, but, thankfully, they don't seem to be up in arms about it. But I kind of like doing the raw exploring.
