I love the way the sunkisses the tops of the mountains, even though
the tops of the mountains are several degrees
cooler than the remarkable valley below.

Reminds me of homeThe fir trees that climb up the slopes of that mountain look very much like my 'stomping grounds' of central Idaho.

Re: Reminds me of homeThank you very much Tim! for your nice comments and vote. The Kaghan valley is located in the north of Pakistan. Kaghan is famous hill station in Pakistan. One can reach Kaghan valley by car/van or bus within 6 hours from Islamabad. From Kaghan valley, one can cross the high Pass of Babusar (about 4100m) and enter the Chilas Valley of Gilgit Baltistan. From the top of Babusar, you can can see the Nanga Parbat (8125m).
