Canon is the Spanish spelling for Canyon. North Cheyenne Canon is the official name. Thanks for the comment.

I thought it could be the Spanish word, and I claim no authority on the subject, but the Topozone map uses the anglicized spelling, while the Spanish spelling would be cañon. At any rate, mostly a curiosity on my part. I'm glad we also have these lesser peaks on SP. Thanks again.
