NW Face from Upper Kintla. Long Knife the next day.

NW Face Route
Long day from Upper Kintla Lake. Fun peak- good mix of bushwack, scramble and climbing. We used rope on upper cliffs and rappelled on way down.

Kinnerly Peak
1980 with Bill. Encountered heavy rain and snow just after summitting. Bivouacked for two nights above 8,500 feet on the west face. Nice views when the clouds cleared.
Lead this peak for GMS. Started up the standard north face, but do to fresh snow (IN AUG.) We headed west, then around to the south face, and up some scary, airy, fourth class to the top.
