Kogel

Mt.Skuta with surrounding peaks.Vertical rocky wall in the middle of the picture is the south wall of Mt.Kogel (2000 m).On that aproximately 250 m high and 300 m wide wall there are many rock routes which are generally well protected and very beautiful. Most of them are quite difficult rock climbs (cruxes of 6a according to UIAA are not uncommon and some even harder details can be find).Acces to the wall is not very long, it will take you 1 and 1/2 hours from the valley of Kamniška bistrica.
