Kokanee Salmon

Landlocked Kokanee Salmon caught in a Western Montana lake. This one was 26 inched long. Most of the other Salmon in this area of Montana are around 16-18 inches.

Land Locked, fresh water, no ocean.

Was not in Flathead Lake although there are salmon in the lake.
