Labeled 50-deg N Panorama from near Needles LO Ruins
The trail to Needles Fire Lookout, at 8,254 ft, is not quite high enough to get an uninterrupted view of the high stuff to the north, but this 50 degrees is pretty good. Langley is about 30 miles distant. This was shot along the trail, about 1-1/2 mile short of the ruins, at 8000 ft, on August 16, 2017.
