Scodie Mountain is a peak just south of the Eastern Sierra's Walker Pass between Ridgecrest and Bakersfield, CA. At 7,294 feet, it provides a good view of The Tehachapi Mountains to the south, the high stuff in Kern County, to the High Sierras in the north. Feb. 24, 2015 was a picture perfect day for this 180-deg. sweep.
