Wow, overcoming those conditions is a major achievement! I can also relate to the brutal trailbreaking and then lacking the extra batteries when the camera dies on the summit.
I spent the 24th shivering in a tent in Glacier Gorge with a less than adequate sleeping bag, would have loved one of those huts that night. Great report
Wow, what an adventure! I've been down in the deserts of SE California and SW Arizona since Thanksgiving time, enjoying the sun and warm weather. For me now a cold day is when it doesn't get up to 70 deg.!
