License Plate collection

This sign board kiosk has replaced the old feedbunk at Hawkeye Point in Iowa. There appears to be 52 total license plates, one from each state, plus an extra one from Iowa and one from Washington DC. They are placed on the board in alphabetical order with the exception of the extra Iowa plate preceeding Alabama and Wyoming being followed by Washington DC. The stone monument also appears to have been slightly moved and the stump is gone, having been replaced by a round concrete circle with a tile mosaic decorating its surface.
