Llyn Teifi, Teifi Pools, Cambrian Mountains (November 2008) LLyn Teifi, the largest of several small lakes known as Teifi Pools, is the source of the Afon [River] Teifi which runs from the Cambrian Mountains to in the east to Cardigan Bay in the west.
