Lolo Peak as viewed from Missoula. The "true" summit is largely blocked by point 8694, but the ridge on the skyline is part of the true peak (the Northwest 9096' summit). September 2005.

Sublime

That's a great shot. It really captures the beauty of this peak from town. I spent a winter there in 1995 and Lolo, along with Trapper Peak, were inspiring for my first winter in Montana.

Thanks, Missoula is nice because of its proximity to mountain ranges such as the Bitterroots.
