Not Baldy

although there is a usgs topo that makes it look like this is baldy, it is not correct. What musicman82 claims is a false summit is the true summit of baldy

No it's not - if you understood anything about prominence you'd know that the true summit is in the spot mentioned on the page AND on the topo map. Why would the map put the summit at a lower point just for the heck of it?! "Local lore" is not correct - don't regurgitate ignorance, my friend...
