Looking back towards Arrochar

The view back towards Arrochar from beneath the bealach between the main peak and the north peak of the Cobbler. The ridge on the right is the route to take for going via An t-Sron. The eroded gravel path in front is the main trade route taken up the peak.

How many meters

is Clydebank away from Arrochar?? Arrochar
looks like a prime place to visit. You have
to love the way the trees are growing so
close to the water, while the highlands take
on a true alpine appearance. Great photograph!!

Re: How many meters

It's roughly 30 miles away, about 45 minutes drive, although the golf's Scottish Open is on at Loch Lomond this weekend so it would be slightly longer. Hence me remaining at home!!!

Re: How many meters

Yes, I heard about the Scottish Open.
Good luck; and I hope the weather cooperates!
