Looking down on the Silver...
Looking down on the Silver Star Glacier from the summit. The route from Burgundy Col comes in from around the base of the prominent buttress just left of center then ascends directly to the saddle out of frame to the left. You can see part of the trail in the snow at the left edge of the photo (it's steeper there than it looks). July 27, 1997.
