Looking Southwest from the Slopes of Olancha

Finally above the tree-line! Still over a 1000 feet of elevation to gain and then an 11-mile hike in the dark to get back to the trailhead (assuming I don't get lost again). Lots of fun! Olancha Peak. California. November 24, 2006. 4:40 pm.
