Looking Towards Friday Pass

This view south from the summit of Grave Peak looks towards Friday Pass, which is just on the other side of the point seen here. The pass is a key access point where the Trail 45 from the east and from the Wind Lakes Basin to the west meet. Using either of those routes, one goes north from Friday Pass for a little over a mile north to Grave Peak. The uppermost lake fo the Wind Lakes Basin is at right center between the rocks and the trees. July 2009
