On our photographers tent was a New Hampshire license plate that said LOST. A storm came in & we were down to just candy bars, if not for a daring flight from Paul of Ultima Thule piercing the remains of a thick storm, we would have got real hungry...

Bivy sacks

Please take this advice. No matter how far you are hiking, or how high you are climbing or what season it is, take a bivy sack with you & stuff it at the bottom of your pack.

It will someday make the difference between an epic or worse death scenerio, to just an uncomfortable, but totally survivable night out.

Dudes & dudetes; they weigh almost nothing & are cheap enough! You have no excuse. Think Bivy Sack!
