Low Calorie Eye Candy ?

Golly, I came across these wonderful conglomerate cliffs in the desert. Alcoves and small caves were easily formed as calcium carbonate was dissolved by water percolating through the rocks. The reddish tint is contributed to volcanic ash that intermingled with the rock layers. In the past, these layers were deposited at the bottom of a shallow lake that filled the upper end of the Verde Valley in Arizona. Wind and rain have transformed the rocks into the interesting shapes you see today. I call them low calorie eye candy. Aren't they beautiful??? February 4, 2009

Right on, Kathy!

I'm really glad you haven't been "corrupted"
by a classless Capitalistic Society.

Whenever I buy soda, which isn't that often,
I most certainly make sure it's diet soda.

Have a great weekend, Kathy!
