Re: Great companion!Thank you! Oh how I wish she could go on hikes and backpack trips with us...she is now 11 years old and has really slowed down..she does go on short walks where we live, so we feel very fortunate for that. She has gone on many hikes and a few backpack trips when she was a lot younger..which she loved.
We feel bleesed we have her.
Thank you for your nice comment :)

Thank you Sweet LucyRest In peace our beautiful Lucy girl.

Re: Thank you Sweet LucySorry to see this about Lucy. We lost our Casey in January. She was almost 18. Always incredibly tough as the only downside to dogs is their short lifespan.
If you ever want a hopeful movie to see, rent or Netflix "What Dreams May Come."

Re: Thank you Sweet LucyThank you so much Brian for your very sweet note! I am so very sorry of the passing of your beautiful Casey..18 years to have shared with her is very special..yes their short lifespan..not fair at all.
It's been rough for us, Lucy was our 7th doggie we have lost and in 32 years, this is the 1st time we have been wihout any beloved pets..we miss her and all of them so very much.
Your Casey looks so sweet and what a wonderful life you gave her taking her with you out in the wilds!
Thank you again for your words about our beautiful Lucy Girl
Take care
