Re: amazingThese are indeed amazing and attractive mountains.
In heart of Europe but still quite wild and unknown to most of Europeans!
Good luck in your June exploration!!

heh...I find that comment after a few months, reviewing whole magnificent Prokletije photogallery and two conclusions here at that stop, first that now I know that there is Maja Shkurt not Karanfil there /I've got identical summer capture/, the second one is that my dream came true not precisely in June when I landed in Scotland and then Tatras, but most probably with even better effect in September. To wish myself and to everybody always fulfilling plans that way!

ovo nije Maja ShkurtGreat photo of this peak seen from the 'sharp' side :)
Samere, cini mi se da to nije Maja Shkurt nego jedan od bezimenih vrhova iznad Ropojane...
Seems to me that this is one of several nameless peaks above Ropojana, in the group of Maja Vukoces and Maja Lagojvet. Maja Shkurt is further up Ropojana valley. Anyway, many peak names are not certain there, it's Prokletije after all :)
pozdrav!

Re: ovo nije Maja ShkurtLooking the maps and Google Earth, somehow I had a feeling this is Maja Shkurts.
Even asking hikers with more experience in Prokletije range, they couldn't confirm me is it or is it not Maja Shkurts.
This area is still so much unexplored.... :)
It is great to know that these kind of areas still exist in our neighborhood.. :)
