Re: what a beaut!thanks Radek...did Tunnel Tuesday, but it never broke above 32F at the base of Jubliant this morning...we climbed the first pitch thinking the sun might show, but even for Canadians, we all thought it was a bit cold for a rock route in the desert.....thanks for the great page (beta) though...cheers

Re: what a beaut!"it never broke above 32F at the base of Jubliant this morning"
Dow, seems it's been colder in RR this season than "usual" (of course my idea of usual comes from a only a handful of mid-winter trips there tho.) - do you think? Did you go back for Jubilant? Looking forward to some more RR pic's! take care Dow.

Re: what a beaut! My first full winter here myself Radek, so I don't know. I thought it has been ok. Just a couple of cold days at the moment. Main thing is the sun...take the sun away all day and throw in some wind, the rock never heats up from a cold night. Heading back Sat....we bailed on Jubliant because it was too cold and just hiked to the summit...cheers
