Mchenrys notch couloir

Mchenrys notch couloir

early september 2006. the approach was a grueling 7 hours up the side of the ravine and then over a seemingly endless unstable talus field. the sun was hitting the upper tier of the couloir and rocks were raining like cats and dogs. what can you expect for ice climbing in early september!

COULOIR!

Ack! Couloir! Pronounced Cool-Wahr.

"Coolier" means "more like the rapper of 'Gansta's Paradise' fame."
