Lots of rock climbing on Flower Power Ledge and Hiking the Ron Coleman Trail.
I've run, rucked, or walked up McKelligon Canyon many, many times from 1999-2000, and 2002-2006. That first hill on the road is positively EVIL when running. I've done some hiking in the area, too.
