I'd have to say there is no reason whatsoever to come down to this small hillock after traversing the ridge from Ensign (Granted, there isn't much reason whatsoever to go this small hillock, but that aside. . .) If for some reason you do want to reach it (i.e. you feel compelled, as I do, to visit the local peakbagger marked "peaks"), start from the S end of Bountiful Blvd, where the BST starts, and go S from there. Bring a two year old so you can justify going on a 2 mi hike.
Geez...sorry Meridian wasn't up to your standards Mr. Sherpa, perhaps you should try Paektu Mountain DPRK. I'm sure people who know you would gladly chip in for a one-way airline ticket.
