Mid-Spring After a Storm

Two days after a Sierra cement storm, looking down toward Piute Pass trail from near Piute Pass. The snow was very wet and heavy, all northern chutes had evidence of slough and water is cascading down the trail between sections ankle-deep snow. Lakes over the pass in Humphreys Basin were frozen and snow-covered. 10 May 2015
