This telescopic photograph, taken from the Million Dollar Bridge, graphically illustrates how far Miles Glacier has receded from the proximity of the bridge. The glacier is over one mile from the bridge, while, in 1910, it was a couple of hundred yards away. This photo was taken in July, 2007 at about 7 PM.
