Winter Snowshoe   Sucess!

Michael and I started at the West Grandeur TH then followed the ridge from west to east over all humps and bumps and peaks between Grandeur and Mt. Aire. Snowshoed out to Elbow Fork and walked the snow covered road down to a spotted car. This ridge is best done in winter when the brush is covered. My GPS said a vertical gain of 5450', with around 10.5 miles.

nasty   Sucess!

west Grandeur ridge to peak, Church Fork Peak, Mount Aire with 5-6" fresh snow from the day before. Snow, slush, mud - but I enjoyed it. With WMC group organized by Dennis.

Good Workout  Sucess!

Climbed the West Ridge of Grandeur with Joseph Bullough, then we continued on the ridge to Church Fork peak, then over to Mt Aire. Nice long ridge with some fun scrambling.

Millcreek Ridge  Sucess!

I hiked Murdock Peak, Millvue Peak, Mount Aire, Church Fork Peak, and Granduer Peak on Millcreek Ridge. I did the traverse going from east to west. Some sections of the ridge require bushwhacking and is probably better when covered in snow.
