This is a great easier route--the best easy route in the canyon, in my opinion. It has more of an alpine feel to it, largely because the climbing is varied and follows a gully part of the way. If the ice above the climb is in, it is worth doing it just to get some more climbing in--unless you are planning on hitting Finger of Fate or the Fang too.
