Moat Injury
In the middle of the storm, Greg fell into a moat when the snow collapsed, badly slicing the palm of his hand. I patched him up with gauze and duct tape in the middle of a heavy dumping of hail. We later learned that this storm washed out both Highway 20 and the Cascade River road after it passed over us. August 11, 2013.
