Historic Ben Overturff Trail
Hiked the historic Ben Overturff Trail in Monrovia Canyon Park this past weekend: 7 miles round trip, 2,000 foot elevation gain in 3 hours
This was a very pleasant trail, I enjoyed all of the signage along the trail, the wildlife including a colorful salamander, and the fact that we only saw only one other person along this route despite the fact that the parking lot was very crowded. We returned along the main road which was more crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Overall, a nice CV workout and a great trail!
