How much Zoom?

More than 10x? The weather must have been very clear then!

Re: How much Zoom?

I have a 10x zoom on a Fuji S5500, and often use full zoom on it (see e.g. my photos of Puezspitzen, Mont Clapier, Heiligkreuzkofel, Cadini Group, Antelao). One can usually find support for the camera on a rock, but some of the photos are taken freehand.

I have the fuji s5700 and with the picture stabilizer I can usually take the pictures freehand.
