Montgomery Peak and Boundary...
Montgomery Peak and Boundary Peak from the East Ridge of Boundary. Photo taken May 30, 2002. The East Ridge is a pleasant alternative return to the trailhead since it stays high and is therefore a little more scenic. You simply drop down to the trailhead once you get far enough down-ridge. This descent will also lead you past a lovely bristlecone pine forest.
