Re: What on Earth...Yes it was winter time. Nice beautiful day changed in bad storm with fog (very usual for Bjelasnica at this time of year). Night caught them too, and ironic thing is that they were only 50 to 100 meters away from the peak and safe shelter, but they didn't know that.
They paid price to youth and unexperience (bad gear too, in the end it was year 1962).
The biggest tragedy in Bjelasnica.
