Morning on Smotrych

It was morning 06.03.2011 on Smotrich (100 meters to the summit) the night was in storm. I slept on Marmot Earlylight 2p - this tent is NOT for winter mountains (through the cracks came heaps of snow)We hardly dont sleep, threw snow inside tent...) It was -15C, wind 150km/h and very snowy outside.It was my first winter "climbing" :-)

memories of such a haaaarsh winter. If your data are right, the real feel temperature was well below -30°C!!!!

No, in snowy tents was't so cold like outdoor but I didnt make a photos when the weather was very bad--once I tried to make it: take off my glove and tried to press a button on the camera .... after this 10 seconds i can't feel my fingers and 30 minutes thawed arm, nobody sleeps in the night, in the morning some go down to village. I with another crazy guys go to Pip Ivan. I think i will frozen my face after this "trip"...but everything was good with everybody )

remembered ! One girl had a some problems with fingers on foot, she was frostbites same of them at another hike.But it was not very seriously
